Care That Sees the Whole Person
We created Heritage Comfort Living Homes to offer something different from a traditional institutional care setting: a smaller, more personal environment where residents can be known, supported, and cared for as individuals.
Personalized Care
Each resident's needs, preferences, and daily routines are considered individually to create a level of care and support that feels personal—not one-size-fits-all.
A Small, Intimate Environment
Our residential setting creates an environment where residents can build meaningful relationships with caregivers, connect with one another, and feel known as individuals.
Care With Human Connection
We believe meaningful interaction is part of quality care, not an extra. From everyday conversations to shared moments, connection is woven into the resident experience.
Life Beyond the Care Plan
Life continues beyond a care plan. Residents have opportunities to participate in activities, share meals, celebrate birthdays and milestones, and enjoy experiences that bring meaning, joy, and connection to everyday life.
Personalized Care, Thoughtfully Delivered.
Our care model is built around each resident's individual needs.
Assistance With Daily Living
Support with everyday activities based on each resident's assessed needs.
Medication Support
Medication management and administration support within the home's authorized scope and based on individual care needs.
Wellness Monitoring
Ongoing attention to residents' condition and changes that may require additional assessment or intervention.
Respite Care
Short-term residential support may be available for individuals and families who need temporary care.
Individualized Levels of Care
A resident's care needs are assessed before admission to determine whether Heritage Comfort Living is an appropriate fit and what level of support is required.
Meaningful Engagement
Residents have opportunities to participate in activities, shared meals, celebrations, and experiences that encourage connection and quality of life.
Care You Can Feel Confident In
Our home is thoughtfully staffed to provide consistent, personalized support throughout the day and night, with nursing expertise available whenever additional guidance is needed.
CNA-Certified Staff
At least one CNA-certified team member is present in the home at all times, providing hands-on support and attentive care to our residents.
Care based on individual needs
Every resident has different needs. Our staffing is adjusted accordingly, with staffing levels generally ranging from one team member for every 1–5 residents, depending on each resident's level of care.
24-Hour On-Call Nursing
A nurse is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for on-call nursing guidance and support. While a nurse is not physically present in the home around the clock, our CNA-certified team has access to nursing support whenever it is needed.
Ongoing Training
Our care team participates in ongoing education and quarterly training to support safe, knowledgeable, and consistent care, including keeping medication-related training up to date.
Our goal is simple: to create an environment where residents feel genuinely cared for and families feel informed, reassured, and confident in the care their loved one receives.
